1.) Perform Proper Cleaning

To start off with, you’ll want to perform proper maintenance on both your atomizer and atomizer or tank. Not only should you thoroughly clean the parts you use for a better inspection job, but it’s also a great way to avoid any potential contaminants while vaping. Thorough cleanings are something you should be familiar with. In fact, we have to conduct cleanings during our normal daily activities, from cleaning your home, your body, teeth, and so on. Your vaporizer and all of its components should receive the same treatment.

2.) Inspect The 510 Connector on Your Device

The 510 connector is often the cause of a Check Atomizer or No Atomizer warning and can have a detrimental impact on the performance of your device. In this next step, you’ll want to inspect the 510 connectors for a couple of reasons; one to ensure there isn’t any dust or debris that is hindering a solid connection between both the atomizer and device, and two to ensure the 510 pin hasn’t been pushed down too far. If the 510 pin is pushed down too far, it won’t make a secure connection.

3.) Make Sure That Your Tank Is Properly Screwed In

While it may sound like common sense, believe it or not, there are many people that face the pesky warning because of something as simple as their tank not being properly screwed in enough. Whenever you attach a new atomizer or tank to your device, screw it in where it has a snug fit. Remember not to overtighten. Periodically check that the atomizer or tank hasn’t unscrewed itself, which may happen sometimes from handling.

4.) Check The Bottom of The Atomizer/Tank’s Connection

Inspecting every part of your setup is a great way to avoid potential failure in your device from working or performing properly. Make sure the bottom connection has a protruding pin or connector that will allow it to reach the 510 pin in the device’s connector.

5.) Check The Coil Head To Ensure It’s Functioning & Screwed In Properly

Believe it or not, but the Check Atomizer or No Atomizer warning could be a result of the coil head you’re using. If the coil head has malfunctioned or damaged, it could hinder your experience. Inspect the coil head, make sure it’s screwed in properly, and if all else fails, make sure that it hasn’t been damaged or faulty. Compare the coil head to another of the same and if the bottom pin on the coil head or the seal around it isn’t the same, you could have a problem. You’ll need to replace the coil head to avoid the warning and continue use.
