2 Year Product Replacement under $30.00 (ACC + PREPAID)

I was glad to see Vapor Authority offer a 2 year replacement policy. Two of my RPM40’s (purchased at another online store) quit taking a charge only a few months out of the box and I had to throw them away. The cost of a 2 year policy was very low and it’s an extremely good idea to take advantage of the program. The only necessary change is that customers should receive an invoice and a copy of the policy.

I think it's great that a product warranty is offered to customers. However, I truly wish that the customer was sent and actual invoice, either via email or with the items purchased. Or even better make the invoice available under the customers user profile on the site. That way if you need it you've got it at your finger tips. Please consider this.

I bought a 2 year warranty for a couple of bucks because I'm a little hard on my units at work. When this unit stopped charging after 6 months I emailed the warranty folks, gave some info and within a few days got a check covering my purchase price. So easy and friendly was the process and people, you'd be a fool not to add the warranty to every purchase you can, because everyone knows life happens.

Turns out one of the products I purchased needed warranty replacement. Contacted vapor authority and they referred me to a third party (CPS). After 3 contacts with CPS there has been no response after 4 days.
